Seven workshops designed for teachers and dedicated students of Yoga. Each class includes 2.5 hours of lecture and one hour of asana practice.

WORKSHOP SERIES:
 
Human Physiology & Yoga w/ Dr. Amit

Three workshops discussing how the Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing exercises (pranayama) impact the physiology of the cardiovasular, respiratory, and nervous systems. Designed for students and teachers of Yoga.

 Virtual Yoga Mastery Program

A 100 hour program for students
who are ready to deepen their practice.

You will receive instruction and a mentoring in the Yoga Asanas (postures),  Meditation, Ayurveda, Pranayama (breathing) and Yoga Philosophy.

 

The hours earned may be applied to Yoga Teacher Training should you decide to continue with your studies following the Mastery Program. 

All content approved by Yoga Alliance. Certificate of Completion given upon completion.

SUNDAYS 9:30-10:40 AM PDT:

Sunday Yoga w/ Revolving Weekly Focus

Each class will include a series of the classic balance, angle and warrior postures, with the remaining time dedicated to building strength & flexibility in the area of focus for the week. Appropriate for all levels. 

1st Sunday: Spine/Back

2nd Sunday: Hips/Low Back

3rd Sunday: Core Strength

4th Sunday: Shoulders/Neck

5th Sunday: June 30th - Balance

NEW TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS  9:30-10:45 PDT:

Classic Postures w/ Core Strength & Meditation

Each class will begin with 15 minutes of targeted core strengthening. Following the core segment, class will move into a sequence of the classic postures of Yoga (warriors, angles, twists, balance, back bends and forward bends). Appropriate for level-one students and up. Props will be used. Class will end with five minutes of meditation following savasana.

NEW MONDAYS at NOON PDT:

Vinyasa Krama (75 minutes - recording only)

Practice with purpose. 'Vinyasa Krama' means a step by step progression into something, or to a certain goal. A goal in this case being a complex or 'advanced' asana (posture), and a calm steady mind. This is an intentional practice with a steadily paced progression of postures for all level of students. Don't be intimidated by the 'advanced' posture goal, we will move in stages, you are able to hold the stage that is appropriate for you. Props will be used, details of alignment, breath and prop usage will be given. Class will end with five minutes of silent meditation or pranayama (breathing). Register by noon on Monday. New classes recorded each week. An email with the recording link will be sent at noon to all who register. Recordings available for seven days.

SELECT THURSDAYS FOR THE SUMMER ~

7:00-8:30 PM PDT:

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation:

60 minutes of relaxing restorative Yoga followed by 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Class will be held on select Thursdays throughout the summer months. Recordings available to view for 14 days.  Click on class title for more information.

Recordings of virtual classes available upon request. You do not need to be present in class to receive a recording. Recordings are available to view for seven days after the class date. You will be asked if you would like a recoding during the registration process.

Vinyasa Krama: This class will replace the Monday 3:30 Core Strength & Vinyasa Class. Register as usual and a link to the recording will be emailed to you noon on Monday.
