AZ students will be one hour behind the times listed
Each class will include a series of the classic balance, angle and warrior postures, with the remaining time dedicated to building strength & flexibility in the area of focus for the week. Appropriate for all levels.
1st Sunday: Spine/Back
2nd Sunday: Hips/Low Back
3rd Sunday: Core Strength
4th Sunday: Shoulders/Neck
5th Sunday: TBD
A new flow sequence each week that will include slow transitions and sustained holds in Yoga asanas (postures). The intention being to improve balance, flexibility and mental focus (dharana). Each class will have 15 minutes of core strengthening incorporated into the sequence. NEW: We will begin each class with 5 minutes of alternate nostril breathing (Nadi shodhana) Appropriate for strong level one students and up.
60 minutes of relaxing restorative Yoga followed by 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Class will be held every other Thursday throughout the winter months. Recording available to view for 14 days. Click on class title for more information.

Recordings of virtual classes available upon request. Let me know you would like a recording emailed to you when registering for class. You do not need to be present in class to receive a recording. Recording will available to view for seven days after the class date.
