Attend the Anatomy of Core Strength & Balance and save 8.00 on the Core Vinyasa Class.
An upbeat and energetic vinyasa sequence designed to strengthen the muscles of the abdominal wall, hips, thighs and postural muscles of the back. Be ready to sweat! Class will end with cooling hip openers, twists and forward bends. All levels welcome. Yoga experience recommended due to the dynamic nature of vinyasa formats.
