Service Description

This is a slow, gentle approach to the Ashtanga Standing series. Class will begin with four sun salutations followed by the traditional Ashtanga standing sequence. The closing segment will include seated hip-openers, twists and gentle backbends. Modifications will be suggested, use of props is encouraged. Appropriate for strong Level 1 students and up. Some yoga experience recommended, but not needed.
