Service Description

Building critical strength in the core, back, leg, and shoulder muscles with the intention of improving stability and balance. Class will begin with a 20 minute strengthening sequence followed by a 30-40 minutes flow, incorporating the classic angle and warrior postures with balance postures and seated hip openers. All levels.
