Each class will begin with a gentle warm up followed by a series of standing postures, that will build both strength and flexibility, and floor postures for improving range of motion in the hips and spine. Body alignment and breathing instructions are provided as well as how to use props and modify postures when needed. Appropriate for beginning students or those looking for a slow, gentle practice session for relieving tension and the effects of stress.
