As we shift from the season of rest into the season of renewal, begin or renew your practice of Yoga in this three-day, two-night retreat at the historic Spokane Club Inn. Six Yoga classes where you will learn techniques to increase your abilities and confidence in all Yoga classes, improve balance and stability both on and off the mat, calm the mind and release the effects of stress.
Location: The Spokane Club Inn is a 133 year-old boutique hotel located in downtown Spokane near the Spokane River Falls. The Spokane Club Inn is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking trails. During your stay you will have access to state of the art Spokane Club fitness center, sauna, steam room, 25-yard indoor lap pool, 1910 Restaurant & Lounge.
Your registration includes accommodations for two nights, private room and bath, six yoga sessions, two vegetarian, catered dinners, access to a full gym, sauna and pool, custom printed Yoga handbook by Tish Hegel. Travel costs, breakfast and lunch are not included. You may visit the onsite 1910 Restaurant restaurant, or any of the nearby restaurants in the area, for lunch and breakfast; to-go service from 1910 Restaurant is available to enjoy in your room.
Local students may attend the retreat without hotel accommodations if preferred. Join us to participate in all of the Yoga classes, catered dinners and enjoy all the benefits of the club.
Yoga classes will be designed with the four pillars of a yoga practice in mind: equanimity, efficiency, without expectations and without ego. The sessions will be a combination of discussion and practice. Props will be available to accommodate all needs and levels of ability. While experienced Yoga practitioners find a fresh perspective and a renewed practice, this weekend workshop is a perfect beginning to those new to Yoga. There will be plenty of time to address student's questions throughout the weekend. All classes will be help on-site at the Spokane Club.
Day One (Friday)

Day Two (Saturday)
9:00 AM-12:00 PM: Yoga Workshop/Practice:
Deepen Your Understanding of the Classic Postures of Hatha Yoga | Techniques for Improving Your Balance
3:00-5:00 PM: Discussion & Practice:
Techniques for Calming and Focusing the Mind | Gentle & Soothing Yoga Practice for the Neck & Shoulders
6:30 PM: Private, Catered Group Dinner
8:00-9:00 PM: Yoga Nidra Meditation & Relaxing Sound Bath
