VIRTUAL CLASSES

The virtual classes are part of a nascent program, please check back as things evolve over the summer. If you have comments, questions or requests please submit them here.

CLASS SCHEDULE (JUNE 1-AUG 10)

  • To see class description click on the class title and then the image of the class.

  • To register for a class and receive the Zoom link click on Book Online link in the menu or the button above. You will receive an email with the link

  • Become a 'member' by creating an account with the 'log in' link at top of page. Easily purchase class passes, book classes, access Zoom links and cancel or reschedule classes on your member page.

  • No classes Aug 11-18 for a Summer break. (All passes will have the expiration date extended by one week during the Summer break.)

6:00-7:10 PM PST: Core Strength & Vinyasa, All levels

WEDNESDAY

3:30-4:40 PM PST: Gentle Ashtanga, All levels

THURSDAY

9:30-10:40 AM PST: Gentle Yoga, Level 1

SATURDAY

9:30-10:0 AM PST: Classic Postures, Level 1

11:00 AM-12:10 PM PST: Sivananda Style Vinyasa, Level 1-2

Single Class: 7.00

Five Class Pass (valid for 30 days): 28.00

Weekly Unlimited: 21.00

no refunds on class packages or passes

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Classes will be held via Zoom 

  • All classes will be held in Pacific Standard Time (PST)

  • STEPS FOR REGISTRATION:

    • Step 1: Visit the 'Plans and Pricing' page. Purchase a class pass. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase.

    • Step 2: After a class pass purchase, visit the 'Book Online' page to register before each class. Click the 'Book Now' button under your chosen class followed by the 'Pay Now' button. You will be registered for the class and will receive the Zoom link in an email. The class will automatically be deducted from your purchased plan from Step One. New Zoom links are created each week.

HELPFUL TIPS:

  • Register up to one week prior to the class you plan to attend to ensure you have the Zoom link and are not rushed before class.

  • The automated booking system will not let people register for a class after the class start time.

  • Cancel up to the class start time by sending a message indicating you would like to cancel. The class will be returned to the unused classes in your account and available to be used in the future.

  • No refunds for class purchases

  • Log into class within 15 minutes of start time. You will be in a 'waiting room' until class start time.

  • Should you not receive a Zoom link, or have difficulty logging into class, text 480-273-3274 up to 5 min before class start time and the link will be sent to you, make sure you send your name with the text. Please use this as a last resort after you have registered for class via the 'Book Online' page, I may not see the text if it is too close to start time or if too many people try to register in this way.

  • Create a 'member' account with the link at the top of this page as another way to register for classes and access Zoom links.
