Jnana Yoga
The Path of Knowledge

Jnana yoga is one of the three classical paths for moksha in the "Bhagavad Gita", along with bhakti yoga and karma yoga. In Jnana yoga, practitioners use the mind to differentiate between what is real and what is unreal, and to understand the nature of the mind and its attachments. The goal is to break through the veil of ignorance, or Avidya, and to realize the unity of Brahman (universsal force) and Atman (individual soul).
