Service Description

This class will move at a slow pace using props such as chairs, walls, blocks and straps to support the body in the postures. We will focus on building strength of the leg and back muscles, with an emphasis on improving postures and balance. Postures to increase flexibility of hips, shoulders, neck and spine will be practices.
