Autumn Yoga Retreat
October 16-19, 2025
Coeur d' Alene, Idaho
SOLD OUT

Crisp Air, Fall Colors & Beautiful Scenery. Join me for a magical weekend at a private ranch near Lake Coeur d' Alene. Discover Autumn's peace through Yoga and meditation in a secluded, cozy and supportive environment. With a maximum of seven students, you will receive as much individual attention and assistance in your Yoga as needed. All meals are vegetarian/vegan, cooked with love and meticulous care. Organic and local ingredients are used as much as possible.
Asanas are the Yoga postures. Asanas, done properly, can have a profound effect on the mind and body. In this intimate, peaceful setting, we will slowly move inward and into the most important details of a Yoga-asana practice. You will receive practical tips and advice that will increase your confidence in Yoga asana practices and in meditation.
The Retreat will be centered around deepening and improving the Yoga asanas and releasing the effects of stress through meditation, breathing and chanting. Escape the routines of daily life for time to rest and renew your mind and body. Each individual's needs, and all levels of ability, will be considered in class planning. Props such as blocks, chairs, bolsters, blankets and straps will be available for use and will be incorporated in each practice session as needed. All Yoga classes taught by Tish Hegel. On the final evening music therapist, Julia Peterson, will be leading us through an amazing fireside drum-circle experience.

LOCATION
Elk Mountain Ranch is a magnificent private ranch on 150 acres. Located 15-minutes east of downtown Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, the property is close to town, yet still feels private and secluded. The 4000 sf house is a spacious, comfortable, home that was built with love by the owners. The heart of the home is the original 1908 homestead cabin, additional rooms were built around the cabin over the years to create an eclectic and original home.
The unique setting of this home is at the confluence of two streams and surrounded by pristine natural beauty to stir your heart. Like a painting come to life with romantic rock bridges, quaint stone steps and walls, lush pastures, fruit trees, flowers and two jade-green ponds filled with trout that guests are encouraged to feed with food provided. The home is surrounded on three sides by 2.5 million acres of U.S. Forest land extending into Montana and Canada. It is not un-common to see bald eagles, wild turkeys, deer and elk on the property.
