YOGA ASANA

The asanas are the postures we practice every time we come to the mat. Asana done properly can have a profound effect on our mind and body. Join me in this peaceful setting as we delve into the most important details of Yoga asana in order for you to get the most out of your practice time on the mat. You will learn practical tips and advice that will increase your confidence in Yoga asana. With a maximum of eight participants, there will be time for individual attention and help with what each student needs.

Four workshops where we will dive deeper into the aspects of asana practices, one extended practice to start the retreat, and two evening Yoga Nidra & sound meditation sessions. All levels of practice will be considered in planning. Hand-outs provided in each workshop. Props such as blocks, chairs, blankets and straps will be available for use and will incorporated in each practice session. See 'Schedule' below for workshop topics.

LOCATION

This magnificent property is on a 150 acre ranch located 15 minutes east of Coeur d' Alene in Northern Idaho. The 4000 sf house is a spacious, comfortable home built with love by the owners.
