A gentle flow sequence that moves in order of the seven chakras - from crown to root.
Service Description
A meditative slow flow that releases blockages in the spine and hips while providing a calming effect on the mind. This unique sequence will begin with a slow series of classic sun salutations followed by floor postures that stimulate the seventh ćakra (crown) through the sixth ćakra (sacral). The final segment of class bring us to standing postures that stimulate the root chakra. The final postures before savasana is always Trikonasana (triangle). Class will conclude with 5 minutes of pranayama breathing before savasana.
