Service Description

Building critical strength in the core, back, leg, and shoulder muscles with the intention of improving stability and balance. Class will include a 15-minute core strengthening sequence and 50 minutes of asana (posture) flow, incorporating the classic angles and warriors of Yoga with balance postures and seated hip openers. Strong level 1 and up.
