Yoga Anatomy & Kinesiology Course

Service Description

This course meets every other Saturday, Feb 1-May 4, from 1:00 PM PST - 4:30 PM PST. Sessions will be recorded and emailed to participants following class.Each class will begin with 2.5 hours of lecture and conclude with 60 minutes of asana practice. Please see the website for details on the subject matter. Teachers earn 31.5 CEUs for Yoga Alliance continuing education. Prior to each session, reminders and Zoom links will be sent to the email provided during registration. A study guide for each class will be emailed two weeks prior to each session. Please complete the study guide prior to class. This will greatly enhance your learning and maximize our time together in class. Study guides are to be turned in for one hour of non-contact CEU credit. The text is "Manual of Structural Kinesiology - 20th Edition" by Floyd. You can purchase the text from the links provided on the course web page, or on Amazon. (Used copies are greatly discounted from new ones, they can be found in used, online book stores. Please contact me if you cannot find a used copy of the the 20th Edition and are unable to purchase a new one, I can help.
